A digital menu that loads instantly, ordering for pickup and delivery, reservations, and branch pages that show up in local search.
A hungry visitor on a phone wants three things in this order: the menu, the price, and how to order. Anything between them and those three — a splash video, a scrolling gallery, a PDF menu that has to be pinch-zoomed — costs you the order to the aggregator app instead.
So a restaurant website is a conversion tool, and the single most valuable change we make on most existing ones is replacing a PDF menu with a real, searchable, fast-loading menu page.
Categorised, searchable, editable — with prices your team can change in a minute.
Pickup and delivery with area rules, minimum order, and order tracking for the customer.
Slot-based table booking with capacity limits and confirmation by SMS or WhatsApp.
Each location with its own address, hours, map and phone, structured for local search.
Orders printed, displayed or pushed to the POS so they join the same queue as counter orders.
Restaurant and Menu schema, consistent details, and Google Business Profile alignment.
Three flows: browse the menu, place an order, book a table.
Aggregator commission is often the largest single cost line in a delivery kitchen. A direct ordering channel does not eliminate the apps, but every order that moves to your own website keeps the margin — which is why we treat the ordering flow as the primary feature rather than an add-on.
Direct ordering also gives you the customer's contact details, which the apps do not, so repeat marketing becomes possible.
An online order that arrives as an email nobody watches is worse than no ordering at all. Orders can print to the kitchen, appear on a screen, or land in the restaurant POS — so an online order joins the same queue as a counter order rather than living in a separate inbox.
Almost all restaurant search is local and mobile: “biryani near me”, “best pizza in Johar Town”, “restaurants open now”. That is won with correct branch pages, accurate hours, consistent details across the web, a well-kept Google Business Profile and genuine reviews — not with a national keyword strategy.
