Our office is in Johar Town, Lahore. We build custom software, POS systems, management systems and websites for businesses across Pakistan — and we can visit yours.
Pakistan is our home market, and the only one where we can sit in your shop, walk your warehouse or watch a shift change before writing a scope. For POS and operational systems that matters more than it sounds: an hour at your counter reveals things a video call never will.
We work with businesses across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot and beyond — on site where the project needs it and remotely where it does not.
For Lahore and where a project justifies travel, we watch the actual operation before scoping it.
Local-first POS and systems that keep working through an outage and sync afterwards.
Khata and udhaar handling built in, because in Pakistani retail it is not an optional module.
Statements, reminders and support on the channel your customers and staff actually use.
Tested against the printers, scanners and scales you already own before go-live.
Phone and WhatsApp support, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM PKT, seven days a week.
The demand pattern here is distinctive, and it is mostly operational rather than digital-marketing led.
Three local conditions shape almost every build. Connectivity is inconsistent, so critical systems are built local-first and sync rather than depending on a live connection — a POS that stops selling during a load-shedding-related outage is not usable. Credit is normal: khata and udhaar ledgers are a core requirement in retail and wholesale, not an optional module. And WhatsApp is the default business channel, so notifications, statements and reminders go there rather than to an email nobody opens.
We also design for the hardware businesses already own — thermal receipt printers, keyboard-wedge scanners, electronic scales — instead of requiring a purchase list before go-live.
Lahore projects usually start with a visit. For other cities we run discovery remotely and travel for installation and training where the project justifies it, which is normal for multi-branch POS and management system rollouts.
Support runs on WhatsApp and phone during our working hours — Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time — with a named contact rather than a ticket queue.
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot, Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Hyderabad, Abbottabad, Quetta and others. We have deliberately not built a separate page for each city, because a page whose only difference is the city name is worth nothing to you or to a search engine. Tell us where you are and what you run, and we will tell you honestly whether we need to be in the room.
Straight answers, including the ones that rule us out.
The pages people read next, and the products that connect to this one.
Billing, stock, purchases, customers and reporting in one point of sale system — configured for how your counter actually runs, from a single till to multiple branches.
Read moreResponsive, fast, editable business websites — designed around what you want a visitor to do, then built so search engines can read every page of it.
Read moreOne engine, genuinely different screens. A pharmacy needs batch and expiry, a restaurant needs kitchen tickets, a karyana store needs loose weight and khata — so those are different builds, not different settings.
Read moreThe systems we build most often, each described by the workflow it manages rather than by a feature list — because the workflow is what decides whether it fits.
