Custom software, POS and management systems for businesses in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the Emirates — delivered remotely, with almost the whole working day shared.
We do not have a UAE office, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we have is a delivery model that works well for this market: Pakistan Standard Time is one hour ahead of Gulf Standard Time, so our working day and yours overlap almost completely — a question at 10am in Dubai gets an answer, not a next-day reply.
That single hour of difference is why the UAE is our most straightforward international market. Remote delivery with a five-hour or ten-hour gap requires process discipline; with one hour it works the way a local relationship does.
PKT is one hour ahead of GST, so almost the entire working day is shared — no overnight waits.
5% VAT with compliant tax invoice content, zero-rated and exempt treatment handled at the till.
Right-to-left layout, bilingual receipts and professionally translated content where you need it.
POS, inventory, credit control and distribution systems, which is most of what this market asks for.
Video discovery, fortnightly demos and a named contact reachable during your day.
No UAE office claimed. Travel for installation is discussed and quoted, never implied.
The mix here skews towards retail, food service and trading businesses, and towards multi-currency and multilingual requirements.
The UAE applies VAT at 5%, and a compliant tax invoice has specific content requirements — your TRN, the tax amount, and the treatment of zero-rated and exempt supplies. Any billing or POS system built for this market has to handle that correctly at the point of sale, not as a monthly adjustment.
The UAE has also announced a phased move towards mandatory electronic invoicing. Because the timeline and technical specification are still being rolled out, we design invoicing so the document format and transmission layer can be adapted without rebuilding the billing engine — and we confirm the current requirement with you and your tax adviser at scoping rather than assuming.
Where you need Arabic, it changes more than the text: layout mirrors to right-to-left, numbers and dates need consistent formatting, and printed documents such as invoices and receipts need a bilingual layout that stays readable on an 80mm thermal roll.
We build the interface to support that structurally. For Arabic content itself we work with a professional translator rather than shipping machine translation, because a system your staff cannot read comfortably will be switched back to English within a week.
Discovery, demos and reviews run over video call within your working hours. We work Monday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time, which covers the full UAE business day and then some. Payment is normally by international bank transfer, invoiced in the currency we agree at contract.
For a rollout that genuinely needs someone on site — a multi-branch POS installation, for instance — we discuss travel explicitly rather than promising an on-site presence we do not have.
