Custom software, POS and management systems for businesses in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across the Kingdom — designed around Saudi e-invoicing from the start.
Saudi Arabia is the international market where the invoicing requirement most directly changes how software has to be built. Any POS or billing system operating in the Kingdom has to fit ZATCA's e-invoicing framework, and retrofitting that onto a system designed without it is expensive and disruptive.
We are based in Lahore and deliver remotely. Pakistan Standard Time is two hours ahead of Arabia Standard Time, so our working day covers yours completely — a question in Riyadh at 9am reaches a working team, not a queue.
Structured invoice generation, QR content on simplified invoices and ZATCA platform integration.
Right-to-left layout throughout and bilingual documents, translated professionally.
PKT runs two hours ahead of AST, and we work to 11:00 PM PKT — your day is entirely covered.
POS for shops, restaurants and multi-branch groups, built with 15% VAT handling.
We provide the capability and verify requirements with your adviser; certification remains yours.
Video discovery, fixed scope, fortnightly demos and a named contact in your working hours.
The Kingdom's e-invoicing programme (Fatoora) moved from generation requirements — structured electronic invoices, with QR codes on simplified tax invoices — into an integration phase where invoices are cleared or reported through ZATCA's platform, with businesses onboarded in waves.
For a billing system that means several things are not optional: structured invoice generation in the required format, cryptographic stamping and QR code content on simplified invoices, and the ability to integrate with the ZATCA platform for your onboarding wave. VAT is applied at 15%.
We build with that architecture in mind, and we confirm your specific obligations and wave with you and your tax adviser at scoping — regulations here have moved in phases, and we would rather verify than assume. We provide the software capability; the compliance obligation and its certification remain yours.
In Saudi Arabia, Arabic is usually the primary interface language rather than an alternate, and invoices commonly need Arabic content. That is a design decision, not a translation task: right-to-left layout throughout, bilingual document templates that hold up on a thermal receipt, and consistent number and date handling.
We build the structure for it and use a professional translator for the language, because Arabic produced by machine translation in a compliance document is a genuine risk rather than a cosmetic flaw.
Remote delivery with a two-hour overlap in our favour: we work 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM PKT, so your whole business day is covered. Discovery, demos and reviews run by video call; a written scope with fixed price precedes any build.
We do not claim a Saudi office or a local entity. Where a project needs on-site installation or training, travel is discussed and quoted openly.
Straight answers, including the ones that rule us out.
