Technical audits, keyword strategy, on-page work, local SEO and content — reported monthly against Search Console data, not against a dashboard only we can see.
SEO has a credibility problem, and it is earned. Agencies bill for “optimisation” that cannot be inspected, report rankings from a tool nobody else can query, and take credit for seasonal traffic. So we work the other way: everything we do is visible in your own Search Console and Analytics, and the monthly report is built from those numbers.
What we will not do is promise a position. Nobody controls Google's ranking, and any guarantee of #1 is either untrue or a bet on a keyword nobody searches. What we can commit to is the work, the reasoning, and honest measurement of clicks, impressions, queries and conversions.
Crawl, indexation, canonicals, redirects, sitemap and Core Web Vitals — fixed, then monitored.
One primary intent per URL, mapped across the site so pages stop competing with each other.
Pages and articles written to answer a real query fully, then linked to the service they support.
Google Business Profile, consistent business details, a review process and genuinely local content.
Category architecture, facet control, product page optimisation and Product structured data.
Monthly numbers from your own Search Console and GA4 — no proprietary score, no guaranteed positions.
Month one is diagnosis plus the fixes with the biggest gap between effort and impact. After that it settles into a monthly cycle.
We do not buy links, run private blog networks, spam comments or forums, write fake reviews, create doorway or city-swap pages, hide text, or publish machine-generated filler at volume. Those tactics either stop working or earn a penalty, and cleaning up afterwards costs more than doing the work properly.
What actually moves rankings is unglamorous: a site that can be crawled, pages that answer the query better than the alternatives, an internal link structure that signals which page owns which topic, and links earned because something on your site was worth citing.
For a Pakistani business chasing local demand, the work is a properly completed Google Business Profile, consistent name, address and phone details across the profiles that already exist, genuinely useful location content, and reviews requested from real customers.
For international markets, it is one page per market that says something specific and true about serving that market — delivery model, time-zone overlap, relevant case work — rather than the same page with a country name swapped in. The latter is a doorway page, and Google treats it as one.
A short report a busy owner can read: what changed, what it did to clicks and impressions, which new queries appeared, which pages gained or lost, what is planned next, and what we need from you. Access to Search Console and Analytics stays in your name throughout, so nothing is hostage to the relationship continuing.
